Diagnostic guidance is educational
The guidance provided on this website — including the diagnostic intake, the common-problems library, and related content — is educational and symptom-based. It does not confirm a failed component and is not a substitute for hands-on testing. Confirmed means confirmed by testing. Any repair based on a suspected cause requires your separate approval.
Service requests are not appointments
Submitting a request through this website sends your information to Fixed ABQ for review. It does not create an appointment until it is confirmed with you directly. A service request does not guarantee price, repair, response time, availability, or acceptance of any job.
Mobile service limitations
Mobile service depends on a safe, legal, reasonably level working area with sufficient clearance, along with weather, vehicle location, repair complexity, and required equipment. Some jobs require a properly equipped shop or a specialist, and some situations call for a tow or roadside provider instead.
Safety
If you are in danger or the vehicle presents an immediate hazard, prioritize your safety and contact emergency services. Do not rely on this website in an emergency.
