The process

From what you noticed to a responsible next step

No paying for guesses along the way. Here's exactly how a Fixed ABQ visit goes.

  1. 01

    Share the situation

Year, make, model, location, the symptoms, any warning lights, sounds, recent work, and whether the vehicle is stranded. The more you can tell me, the better I can prepare.

  2. 02

    Confirm safety and fit

We determine whether the location is safe to work in and whether mobile service actually makes sense for the problem. If it doesn't, I'll say so up front.

  3. 03

    Inspect and test

I use symptom-driven testing rather than guessing at parts. Testing is what turns a suspicion into a confirmed problem.

  4. 04

    Review findings

I explain what I observed, what the testing supports, and what remains uncertain — in plain language, not jargon.

  5. 05

    Choose the next step

Proceed with an appropriate mobile repair, schedule further work, or move to a properly equipped shop or specialist. You decide, with the full picture in front of you.

If it's an emergency

If you see smoke or fire, smell fuel, notice severe overheating or steam, an oil-pressure warning, a burning electrical smell, or lose brakes or steering — stop, get to safety, and call 911 if there's any immediate danger. Safety always comes before diagnosing anything.
