My Story
A real photo of Eric will go here.

My grandfather owned a used-car dealership, so I grew up around the lot and around cars. I started doing mechanic work young, and over time I noticed that diagnosis — figuring out why something wasn't working — was the part I was genuinely good at.
I'd often be the one who determined the fault and pointed the other mechanics toward the actual repair. When someone was stuck on a difficult problem, I was frequently who they came to. That's decades of real-world, hands-on diagnosis and repair — not a classroom.
I want to be straight with you about one thing: I am not ASE certified, and I never completed that certification process. What I bring instead is a long track record of finding the real problem.
The car that had seen seven shops
A customer once told me their car had been to seven different mechanics. It had already received several fuel pumps and more than one computer — and none of it had corrected the original problem. I started the vehicle, looked it over, found what was actually going on, and had it fixed very quickly.
That's the kind of thing I enjoy most: figuring out why something isn't working, instead of replacing parts and hoping. It's also why "diagnosis before parts" isn't a slogan for me — it's just how I work.
